A Good Mail Day

After taking a swap break all summer, I stepped back up to the plate and am in two swaps this fall .... a few days ago, I had a great mail day

These wonderful goodies are from the Ravelry Swap "Favorite Colours 3" and the colour I requested to receive was purple (I love purple). KimLyn was my spoiler, and she did a great job (so many pretty purple presents! cute little yarn ball looking point protectors, ) ... do you see the lovely cowl she knit me?
I love it! She also sent a little purple butterfly notepad, Skittles, Mini Eggs, a crocheted washcloth and soap, a sweet project bag with little witches on it,

pretty wooden buttons, a purple gel pen and some gorgeous solid coloured purple sock yarn from Diamond Yarns Footloose line -- so soft and pretty (and will be lovely socks! I will look through Nova Knitter's sock FOs to get ideas - she does lovely work with solids and semi solids!).

It was a good mail day ... and over the past couple of days, I sent out some mail, hoping that people enjoy their Random Acts of Kindness gifts I made. I was a bit late getting them in the mail, but better late than never!
