Tis the season for kindness to others ... I try to generous of spirit all year, but at Christmas, feel it is especially important. I found this on Dorothy's blog and thought it would be nice to do (and The Loopy Ewe is also looking for acts of kindness that people are doing for others during this most giving time of year -- go there on Monday's and post what you did as a niceness for someone, and get your name entered in a draw for a nice gift basket ! My thought is that if you won, it would be really nice to give the prizes to others as well ... but that's just my thought).
To do the Pay It Forward that I was mentioning seeing on Dorothy's blog,
Here's the deal: I will send a handmade gift to the first 3 people who leave a comment on my blog requesting to join this PIF exchange. I don’t know what that gift will be yet and you may not receive it tomorrow or next week, but you will receive it within 365 days. That is my promise. The only thing you have to do in return is pay it forward by making the same promise on your blog.
So post here, and I will make you something (hopefully soon) and you post on your blog, and soon the whole world will be a nicer place!
Tis also the season of sales ... Alison is having a destash on her blog, to help pay for some unexpected pre holiday expenses for an illness that befell her poor little poochie. Help a pupper out!
