Guess what I am knitting?

I started knitting a new project yesterday, out of some stash yarn I have - Paton's Bumblebee Baby Cotton (now discontinued, but similar to the Patons Grace cotton yarn, but Bumblebee is machine wash & dry!).

This is what I have done so far ... I'll post project details and more pictures when I have more of the project done.
