I may have mentioned when we went to Montreal this Winter, that one of our favorite things was the lunches we enjoyed in Chinatown at the Noodle Factory. Since we've been home, we want some dim sum, but live in a small town and can't get none dim sum!
So a few weeks ago, my very culinarily creative husband decided to make sum dim sum (he made pork dumplings with a ginger soy sauce, and General Tau chicken -- all of it from scratch!) It was very similar to the Noodle Factory, and didn't involve a trip to Montreal ... good, eh? Him sum smart!
