The vew from my kitchen at 10:45 a.m. -- this is my neighbors back yard that is flooded - so I checked our basement, and so far, it is dry (knock wood!). I should be ok as long as the pump holds and and we don't lose power.
ETA -- I think this is as high as it will get, the tide is supposed to be falling now.

This side (BELOW) is my side of the yard

I was starting to worry that I should load the critters in the car and head for higher ground, but then saw on the internet that the high tide was at 11:15 a.m., so hopefully, the wet in my yard will fall quickly. It has never been this high before! I was a bit nervous!

There certainly was a lot of flooding yesterday. We lost power for 6 hours! But today is gorgeous!
